and I formed Millennia Media in 1989 to pursue
our interest in fine and applied arts. That
Millennia became a design/manufacturing company
is a story in itself.
My days are spent dreaming up ideas for our
company’s future and developing new products. I
sneak into the studio when possible, record some
music, and jam with my son who is learning to
play drums. I also keep a regular schedule of
remote classical music recording projects on the
calendar, as I have for the last 17 years.
As a business, we could structure Millennia to
maximize revenue and profit, but that’s not the
legacy we dream about. Millennia was formed to
produce the world’s finest audio recording gear
regardless of cost. That's it. That’s our
mission statement. Most companies research a
market and then design products that maximize
sales among their particular target audience.
Millennia is just the opposite.
We identify key product areas that can be used
for our studio and remote recording activities.
A detailed product spec is then explored and
created, followed by rigorous design work that
can require untold numbers of iterations and
years of listening tests.
Millennia is built on this tradition. Business
is secondary to our collective passion for audio
