All repairs for the US and Canada are done at
the factory. If you are in another country,
please contact the local
Millennia Distributor.
US and Canadian customers. Please email
tech@mil-media.com. We will create the
necessary paperwork for you to include with your
unit and email it back. along with shipping
instructions and an RA number.
It takes about four business days to complete
the work.
*Tubes and bulbs,
new packing material and shipping box not included. Flat rate
excludes units that are physically damaged or
abused (lightning strike, power surges, water,
etc..).
Air Shipping available for extra fee.
Shipping Prices are for Round Trip shipping
in the US only. Additional shipping cost
for oversized packing and road cases. Canadian Customer, we will
provide shipping options when we issue the RA.
Flat Rate Repairs are only done at the factory.
US and Canada: We will repair our products, free of charge, in
the event of defect of materials or workmanship for one (1) year
following date of purchase. This limited warranty covers
failures due only to defects in materials and workmanship which
occur during normal, intended use and does not cover damage
which occurs in shipment or failures which are caused by
products not supplied by Millennia Media. This limited warranty
does not cover failures which arise from accident, misuse,
abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, faulty
installation, improper adjustment, alteration or modification of
product, incompatibilities, line-power surges, acts of God, or
service performed by anyone other than Millennia Media or its
authorized agent. Vacuum tube and bulb failures are not covered
under warranty.
Other Countries: The authorized
Millennia distributor will repair our
products, free of charge, in the event of defect
of materials or workmanship for two (2) years
from the manufacturing date. This limited
warranty covers failures due only to defects in
materials and workmanship which occur during
normal, intended use and does not cover damage
which occurs in shipment or failures which are
caused by products not supplied by Millennia
Media. This limited warranty does not cover
failures which arise from accident, misuse,
