Electronics Production Technician - Hiring Now

Millennia Media  is looking for a positive, motivated, and organized Audio Electronics Production Technician Must be able to learn troubleshooting and repair to the component level, tube and solid state circuits.

 The job consists of testing and repairing circuit boards, sub-assemblies and finished units and preparing units for burn-in and shipping.  Products include equalizers, compressors, limiters, and microphone preamplifiers.

 Must be able to follow a signal through a basic schematic and know how to use oscilloscopes, DMMs and other tools and equipment common to analog electronics test and troubleshooting.  Must know soldering and de-soldering techniques using lead-free materials.  Must be able to identify through-hole components.  Understands basic electronic principles such as how transistors work, what resistors, caps do, etc

Electronics Assembler - Filled

Millennia Media has a permanent position available for an Electronics Assembler who is familiar with through-hole assembly techniques. Must be able to stuff circuit boards and solder components using lead-free RoHS materials.

The job consists of working from parts kits to stuff through-hole components in PC boards, soldering with RoHS compliant materials, inspecting completed boards for errors, building cables and wire harnesses and building finished products from sub-assemblies. Hours are 6AM-2:30PM

Candidate must have excellent eyesight, soldering and de-soldering techniques using RoHS compliant materials.

Products include audio equalizers, compressors, limiters, microphone preamplifiers, and their respective linear power supplies.

Millennia's facilities are located in Diamond Springs, CA, minutes from the US-50 Diamond Springs/Missouri Flat exit.

Electronics Technician - Advanced - Filled

Millennia Media has a permanent position available for an Audio Electronics Production Technician who is familiar with component-level audio/analog and digital circuits. Must be able to troubleshoot and repair to the component level tube and solid state circuits. Candidate should have minimum three years successful employment in troubleshooting discrete and IC analog and digital electronics.

The job consists of testing and repairing circuit boards, sub-assemblies and finished units and preparing units for burn-in and shipping.  Products include equalizers, compressors, limiters, and microphone preamplifiers.

Must have a strong working knowledge of oscilloscopes, DMMs, quality soldering and de-soldering techniques, linear power supplies, and other tools and equipment common to analog electronics test and troubleshooting.
